RENTAL RATES FOR CASA COLINA ROJA

Rates include housekeeping, cleaning, light cooking and mid-week laundry.

Rates are higher for Christmas, New Year’s Week, Semana Santa, Thanksgiving, Día de Independencia and other peak season events and holidays.

Weekly: $5200 for 7 nights (less than $150/bedroom/night!)

Nightly: $1300 per night, minimum 3-night stay (averages $260/bedroom/night)

Monthly: $15000 for 4 weeks

Terms: All rates are subject to an additional 4% Guanajuato municipal tax.

To confirm your reservation 50% of the rental amount is due at booking. The balance of 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Security deposit of $1000 due with final payment at 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations made before 60 days prior to arrival incur a 50% cancellation penalty (or 25% of the rental cost). Cancellations made 60-0 days prior to arrival forfeit all monies paid.

All terms are spelled out in the contract you will receive upon booking.
